# 8.8 Bedienung

Die Systemtaste ([E](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/funktion-and-gerateubersicht/6.-gerateubersicht.md)) reagiert auf drei verschiedene Tastendrücke: einen kurzen Tastendruck, einen doppelten Tastendruck und einen doppelten langen Tastendruck. Letzterer ist für ein Zurücksetzen des Geräts auf Werkseinstellungen vorgesehen.

Die Funktionen des einzelnen und des doppelten Tastendrucks sind vom Nutzer frei belegbar. Auf die beiden Tastendrücke kann jeder Befehl konfiguriert werden, der nur aus einer Command ID besteht und somit ohne Parameter auskommt, wie beispielsweise [`Get Device Time (0x08)`](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/kommunikationsprotokoll/3.-geratezeit.md) oder [`Perform Adaption Run (0x34)`](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/kommunikationsprotokoll/6.-konfiguration-des-ventils.md). Konfigurieren lassen sich die Tastenfunktionen mit dem Befehl [`Set Button Action (0x37)`](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/kommunikationsprotokoll/13.-sonstige-befehle.md) und auslesen mit dem Befehl [`Get Button Action (0x38)`](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/kommunikationsprotokoll/13.-sonstige-befehle.md).

Nach erfolgreicher Adaption lassen sich mit den Plus- und Minus-Tasten (C+D) die Soll-Temperatur verstellen. Mithilfe der Befehle [`Set Minimum Set-Point Temperature (0x3E)`](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/kommunikationsprotokoll/7.-temperaturregelung.md) und [`Set Maximum Set-Point Temperature (0x40)`](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/kommunikationsprotokoll/7.-temperaturregelung.md) lässt sich der einstellbare Soll-Temperatur-Bereich begrenzen.

Werden beide Tasten gleichzeitig gedrückt und gehalten, wird im Display die DevEUI angezeigt. Mit dem Befehl [`Set Hardware Locks (0x39)`](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/kommunikationsprotokoll/9.konfigurationsubersicht-und-reset.md) lassen sich die Tasten separat voneinander sperren, um unerwünschte Bedienungen zu unterbinden. Wird eine Taste trotz Bediensperre gedrückt, wird im Display das [Schloss-Symbol](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/funktion-and-gerateubersicht/6.-gerateubersicht/6.1-display.md) eingeblendet.
