# 8.7 Display

Vor längerer Lagerung des Geräts muss der Displayinhalt zwingend gelöscht werden, da sich ansonsten die schwarz gefärbten Pixel ins Display einbrennen können. Setzen Sie dafür das Gerät per Systemtaste auf Werkseinstellungen zurück. Das Display bietet einige Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten. Um es an jede Einbausituation anzupassen, lässt sich das Display in 90° Schritten rotieren. Zusätzlich lässt sich die Farbdarstellung des Displays invertieren und die Soll-Temperatur-Darstellung kann auf die klassische 1–5 Skala umgestellt werden. Um das Display entsprechend zu konfigurieren, kann der Befehl [`Set Display Config (0x3C)`](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/kommunikationsprotokoll/10.-display.md) und zum Auslesen der Konfiguration der Befehl [`Get Display Config (0x3B)`](/dnt-lw-etrv-c/kommunikationsprotokoll/10.-display.md) verwendet werden.
